About me

Daniela Sáenz

I did my undergraduate studies as a Psychologist at the University of los Andes (Colombia) and graduated with Distinction at the UnIversity of Nottingham (UK) as a Person-Centred Psychotherapist. I have worked for more than 4 years helping people in distress.

I work with clients from all ages: from 4 year-old children to older adults. I have clients from different parts of the world such as the US, UK, India, Canada, Spain to whom I provide therapy online.

I have worked with distress such as anxiety, depression, difficulties at school,  self-esteem, disobedience, difficulties adapting to a new culture, bereavement, infidelity, among others. In Child-Centred Play Therapy, I work with children from 4 to 12 years old. This is a type of therapy that allows emotional relief of little ones through play, their natural language.

If you have any questions about the Person-Centred Approach, Child-Centred Play Therapy or the Supervision space I offer, please go to FAQs.

I am here to support you through life’s most complex and difficult matters.

Client well-being is my number one priority, and I go above and beyond to help you through all your obstacles. Get in touch with me today for more information.
